Meet Aja Price

In celebration of Black history month 9Paths has chosen to showcase current Black leaders we have had the privilege to work alongside. Our past has always influenced our present.

It is the change these Black leaders make today that will pave the way for future leaders. I asked these leaders to share who has influenced their work, why they believe in inclusion, and how to find visibility in a world where you may be unnoticed.

Who is Aja Price?

I am excited to begin this month’s series with Aja Price, Founder of Notably Gray & Notably Her. Aja provides women entrepreneurs with resources and a strategic framework to elevate their value story, generate qualified leads, and fall in love with thinking outside of the box.

I have benefitted from Aja’s “special sauce” as she has patiently guided 9Paths. Aja is Enneatype 5, bringing knowledge, listening skills, strategic thinking, integrity, and a warm spirit to our journey – making our path clearer. Because of Aja, you might even see me on TikTok.

Aja just launched Notably, Her, an entrepreneurial community that ensures all girls and women in small business, regardless of race, color, gender, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, religious background, and national origin have a voice at the entrepreneur’s table.

What historical person or persons have influenced or motivated you to keep going?

Notably, Her was founded with Girl Scout values & law in mind. “To build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.” Notably, Her is a pioneer. It is the first women and girl-led entrepreneurial community. Breaking down entrepreneurship stereotypes and creating space for young girls and women to thrive.

Aja’s passion for Notably, Her, was influenced by courageous women like Juliette Gordon Low, Madam CJ Walker, and Shirley Chisholm. Women who dared to step into their purpose, own it, and, despite adversity, pioneered a sustainable and more inclusive future for women today.

Aja believes Madam CJ Walker is the catalyst for black women having a seat at the entrepreneur’s table. And Juliette Gordon Low, Founder of Girl Scouts, with her belief that all girls mattered and her advocacy and sheer determination to make the organization sustainable, is inspiring.

Girl Scouts is one of the most recognizable brands in the world. With the most extensive girl-led entrepreneurial program (the Girl Scout cookie) and a candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize. A stand out community and brand that just seemed to do the right thing, always. Brava! Learn more about Notably Gray and Aja Price by clicking “Learn More” below.
